  1. As Volunteer Instructor At Eldorado Senior Center: Solved Android smart phone configuration issues for 2 seniors.
  2. As Volunteer Instructor At Eldorado Senior Center: Investigated non-functioning front desk printer and repaired ink cartridge problem.
  3. As Volunteer Instructor At Eldorado Senior Center: Solved Apple iPhones 4/6s/8 configuration issues for 3 seniors.
  4. In Client's Home: USB cable transfer of photos from Motorolla Android smart phone to Windows 8 laptop computer.
  5. In Client's Home: Solved LAN networking problems involving CenturyLink modem and MacBook Pro Laptop computer.
  6. In Client's Home: Configuration and interconnection changes needed to install new HP printer with MacBook Pro Laptop computer.
  7. In Client's Home: Configuration and interconnection changes needed to install new Epson XP830 printer with Windows 10 desktop computer.
  8. In Client's Home: Configuration changes needed to implement proper Fax functioning of new Epson XP830 printer with Windows 10 desktop computer.
  9. In Client's Home: For old Windows laptop computer; did Adware file clean-up, old Norton anti-virus software de-install, upgraded to Windows 10, and install of new Webroot anti-virus software.
  10. In Client's Home: Transfer of 350 GB of old files (after anti-virus checks) from old Windows laptop computer into corresponding directories of new Windows 10 laptop computer.
  11. In Client's Home: Solved LAN networking problems involving CenturyLink modem and Windows 8 desktop computer.
  12. In Client's Home: Transfer of 300 GB of old files after anti-virus checks from old Windows laptop computer into corresponding directories of new Windows 10 laptop computer.
  13. In Client's Office: As client suspected, I advised that iPhone 8 did not in fact have a standard Headphones mini-stereo jack, but that headphones were supported through a special Lightening port cable.
  14. In Client's Office: Fixed various Apple MacBook Pro (Yosemite) problems; Investigated many strange behaviors. Traced to malicious Adware and Toolbar. Removed malicious Adware manually. Disabled Firefox malicious toolbar.
  15. As Volunteer Instructor At Eldorado Senior Center: Investigated slow CenturyLink public WiFi (1 MB/s). Created report for Senior Services and Friends Group on possible solutions.
  16. Proposal For Client: My doing a hardware replacement of existing Apple MacBook Pro rotational Hard Disk Drive (HDD) with a Solid State Drive (SSD). [NOTE: Did not do the replacement myself. Too much liability. Instead recommended that it be done by the Albuquerque Apple Store.]
  17. As Volunteer Instructor At Eldorado Senior Center: Showing a senior student how to eject a USB flashdrive from their Chromebook laptop computer, which required investigating and explaining how to overcome about 20 peculiarities of that OS.
